We love our furry friends so none of our products are cruelty free meaning they are not tested on animals.

How do I know which products are right for me?

We currently offer a simple skin quiz that can assist you in finding your perfect products. Additionally, you can find product info on each individual product page.

What is "medical-grade" skincare?

Medical-grade skincare is scientifically formulated skincare with you in mind. Each product is formulated without harmful filler ingredients such as paraben, sulfate, and gluten which tend to irritate the skin.

Where does PURALAVIE currently ship?

We currently ship our products to all 50 states.

When will my product ship?

Your order takes 1-2 days to process. Orders placed after 12pm CST will be processed the following business day. Your products will ship via USPS or UPS and arrive safely at your doorstep in a eco-friendly shipping box or mailer.

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping with all orders $129 and over.

What if my package is lost, damaged, or stolen?

We understand that once your package is shipped things can happen. If your package gets lost or stolen please file a missing package claim with UPS or USPS. If any of your products are damaged please contact us immediately via our contact page regarding your issue and also contact UPS or USPS.

Can I track my package?

Once your package ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

What are my payment options?

Our secure checkout process allows you to pay using your credit card, debit card, PayPal, or ShopPay.

Do you offer returns on products?

Do to the nature of our product, we currently do not offer returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will work to resolve the issue.
